Before Bedtime

The bird flew straight up side down into the barrel.
The boy ran to catch it but only caught the saw.
Later he cut down a tree and became famous.
The bird sighed with relief and turned to his mom for comfort.
His mom scolded him for entering a barrel in that fashion didn't he know they were out of corn and needed a new president?
She shook her head and went down the hill to the bus stop.
No one was there except the bus.
She entered and pulled the bus into a wheelie going down the dark side of the moon in about 2 miles per hour.

Time stood still when the spacecraft flew over her, checking her moves and nodded impressed.
It turned and landed beside her with a thud, pulling up dust all around them.
When they saw something again they noticed the pool was leaking.
The mom and the spaceship drained the pool and told it off with great sense of detail.
The pool started crying and filled up in a second and the scolding began again. This continued for about a century until the mom had grey hair and the space ship had gone out of fashion.
It had to return home to get upgraded.
Waving good bye the mom went home to her boy bringing the pool over for dinner.
It mostly need to replenish its water supply, but was happy to eat some tacos from back home.

Suddenly there was a great bang and the moon shook and the crooks took.
They stole the light side of the moon and all was dark.
The pool started crying again and had to drink a lot to keep up.
The boy looked at the pool with amusement, eating his taco sideways, which was his custom.
At last the crooks sailed away on their Harley's and left only sadness.

The Mom comforted the pool and the pool got drunk. The water had been spiked by the boy with space seeds from the far reaches of Mars.
The boy had been there last Friday on the school excursion. It was as good as any time to use them the boy thought.

Starting talking fluently in moonish, the pool started telling the dark side of the moon lies about the light side. "If you only knew the power of the light side." he told him and then went on to tell him about the girl scouts which every time they jumped had to spell marshmallow backwards to keep from burping for ten minutes. It was truly a test of immense power he ensured the dark side of the moon.
The pool felt his thoughts was fuzzy and couldn't think clearly, but he was still not convinced the boy was telling the whole truth about everything.
He got sick of the situation and went back home to his nebula behind the big bear.
Snugly he went to sleep nudging the big kind ol' bear looking at its cute little cub.

A flash and the ray came quickly into the light of day in space. There was nothing anyone could do and the vibrational bodybuilding flex was incredible. Everyone fainted and no one went home the same.

Sam the Herder was pleased with the result. He looked up from his magnifying glass and left the black hole alone. Going back to sleep hugging his teddy bear.
